The Lessons at The Baseball Center NYC

All of our instructors have undergone hours of classroom and field training so each workout remains consistent. Beginning with mechanical basics and advancing to vision training and relaxation techniques, The Baseball Center New York City curriculum expands as the student comprehends the preceding lesson subjects.

Learning Comes in Several Ways

Our video analysis and body awareness drills provide constant visual and physical reinforcement for our students. Each player also maintains a computerized diary at the center in which entries are made to document their progress.

Hitting and Pitching are just the Beginning

Our training topics also cover infield, outfield and catching skills. Our daily strength and conditioning classes provide an innovative workout to increase overall body strength while reinforcing proper throwing and hitting mechanics. The Baseball Center New York City “Mental Tools” training allows for maximum performance during game time.
